The historic Castle and farm buildings have been lovingly restored back to their former grandeur, with the estate coach house and mill housing our reception and a modern hotel extension which boasts 45 luxurious guestrooms.  Enjoy your own private retreat with our three self-catering residences and the opportunity to exclusively hire the Castle and its spacious reception rooms and four double guestrooms.  

The estate farm and gardens would have provided for the castle residents and local area from the 19 century.  Today our sustainable farming allows us to continue this process, providing the freshest seasonal produce for our guests while protecting our local environment.  With our working farm and estate walled garden our team of Farmers, Butchers and Chefs look after the entire farm-to-fork process.

Set at the base of Slieve Gullion, Killeavy Castle Estate allows you access to explore the history and folklore that surrounds this ancient mountain.  With walks and bike trails across our own 365-acre estate and throughout the neighboring Slieve Gullion Forest Park, explore 2,000 years of history and discover legendary Irish heroes like Cuchlainn and Fionn MacCumhail.
