Our hand-reared beef, lamb and chicken are beautifully complimented by locally sourced seasonal vegetables. For a taste of the Irish Sea, try our grilled fish. We work with local artisans to highlight the finest produce that Northern Ireland has to offer. From Rostrevor game, to County Tyrone goats’ cheese, we are passionate about our rich local culinary culture and heritage.
